His Excellency Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry, met today, February 4, 2025, with H.E. Dr. Jörg Kukies, Federal Minister of Finance of Germany, who is currently visiting Qatar.

During the meeting, both sides discussed topics of mutual interest with the aim of enhancing cooperation between the State of Qatar and Germany in the areas of trade, investment and industry, as well as tackled pathways to develop bilateral cooperation.

The discussions also highlighted Qatar’s successful policies steered toward supporting the private sector, and the current investment incentives, legislations and opportunities designed to encourage investors, entrepreneurs and business owners to establish their business in Qatar.
