Planning and quality control departments
The Planning and Quality Department consists of two subdepartments:
- Planning
- Quality
Planning department
- Preparing and taking the necessary measures for the adoption of the ministry’s strategic plan in coordination with competent authorities and concerned administrative units
- Referring draft executive plans for projects and programs undertaken by various administrative units for approval by the Minister
- Following up on the implementation of the ministry’s strategic and executive plans, evaluating outcomes and submitting periodic reports
- Assessing the challenges and obstacles encountered when implementing strategic and operational plans, and proposing appropriate solutions
Quality Control Department
- Verifying the compatibility of work systems with the Ministry’s objectives and submitting the necessary proposals in this regard
- Developing programs to evaluate institutional performance and ensure the quality of services across administrative units
- Reviewing and evaluating the performance of administrative units and making proposals to boost efficiency
- Evaluating the challenges and obstacles the Ministry is facing, examining their causes and proposing appropriate solutions
