It is important to clarify that this service is for guidance purposes only. The approval of your industrial project will depend on the submitted documents and their compliance with the established approval criteria, which include:
- A comprehensive feasibility study covering market, technical, and financial aspects, along with an execution plan.
- Architectural plan for the industrial land.
- A Bank Comfort Letter reflecting the client’s financial capacity and ability to execute the project.
