Single Window Management

Responsibilities:

1. Organizing the workflow of the Single Window services and simplifying procedures related to the business and investment environment in coordination with the relevant administrations and authorities.
2. Providing all administrative and technical services required to facilitate the workflow of the Single Window services, in coordination with the concerned entities.
3. Coordinating with the relevant administrations and authorities regarding the services provided by the Single Window, including the procedures for establishing commercial companies, setting up factories, and establishing any other economic entities. This includes issuing the necessary licenses for conducting any approved commercial or economic activities in the country.
4. Receiving and examining client complaints and suggestions in coordination with the relevant administrations and authorities and taking the necessary measures to address them.
5. Coordinating with concerned entities to simplify the procedures of services offered through the Single Window and developing clear performance indicators to measure service quality, including setting specific time standards for their completion.
6. Conducting periodic evaluations for the Single Window services, implementing total quality management concepts to improve service levels in coordination with the relevant administrations and authorities.
7. Proposing mechanisms to develop the systems applied by relevant entities in the country to enhance the business and investment environment in coordination with the relevant administrations and authorities.
